When do I get my GloveBox?

Subscription boxes ship on the 1st of the month unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout, and arrive 2-5 days later depending on proximity to Chicago. Individual product purchases, gift boxes, and subscription orders with expedited shipping are mailed within 1-2 days (often same day!). Orders received by 11:59pm CT on the last day of the month will receive the upcoming monthly collection. If you subscribe after this deadline your first box will ship on the 1st of the following month. Don't want to wait? Choose expedited shipping at checkout or add a DELUXE Welcome Box to your order for immediate fulfillment.

What is GloveBox?

We are a veteran-owned business headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. We curate, deliver, and teach detailing enthusiasts how to use premium car care products, primarily through our monthly subscription boxes that are packed full of detailing supplies to make your car look great.

What's in the box?

A mix of premium car care products from brands you know, and some you need to try. No toys. No junk. Just great detailing products.

How many products do I get?

Between 5 to 7 products each month. Our DELUXE Plan features full size (12-16oz) liquids and $50-90 of value each month. The ESSENTIALS Plan contains sample size (2-4oz) liquids and $30-45 of value. Check out our Store to see a listing of our past DELUXE boxes. 

Can I pick my products?

We continuously test exciting products from new and established brands and curate the best ones for our subscription box. But YES! We do offer a BYOB - Build Your Own Box - option in our Store from excess inventory of past shipments.

How do I use the contents of the box?

We’re glad you asked. Both subscription plans include a step-by-step guide with each box so you get the most out of your products. If you're a DELUXE subscriber, check out our YouTube channel where we post a how-to & unboxing video on the 10th of every month. 

Is there a minimum commitment?

Nope. Go month-to-month or commit to a 3, 6, or 12 month prepaid subscription and save on the monthly cost. We also offer past boxes, gift boxes, and BYOB purchases in our Store that ship in 1-2 days.

What is the sign-up deadline?

If you sign up by 11:59pm Central Time on the last business day of month we guarantee you'll receive the upcoming monthly collection. Just missed the deadline? We usually have a few extras. Shoot us an email at to inquire. 

When am I billed?

Subscriptions are billed immediately upon purchase and will auto-renew on the 1 month anniversary of your first payment. This will continue until the subscription is cancelled. For example, if you sign up on the 15th of March and do not select the expedited shipping option at checkout, you'll get your first box the 1st week of April, and billed on the 15th of each subsequent month. Note: If you sign up very early in the month, you may be charged for your SECOND GloveBox while your FIRST GloveBox is enroute. 3, 6, and 12 month trials are billed immediately and follow the same delivery schedule as above.

What's your cancellation policy?

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled by emailing us at no later than 5:00pm Central Time on the last business day of the month. For example, a cancellation on March 28th will NOT receive the April box, however a cancellation on April 2nd WILL receive the box and no refunds will be issued. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so if you have any issues whatsoever, email us so we can attempt to make it right.

Who are you?

Check out our About Us page. Our co-founder and curator, Brad Mills, has been detailing exotic & collector cars for well over a decade. His work has won numerous awards, including Best in Class at Quail ’17 and '19. He regularly hosts detailing seminars for national car clubs, enthusiasts, and the next generation of detailers through the RPM Foundation.

Favorite detailing job to date?

A few that stick out: Bruce McLaren's personal M6GT, Eleanor (Mustang) from *Gone in 60 seconds*, a pristine Ferrari 275 GTB4, and the super-rare McLaren F1LM. However, I still love detailing cars for owners with nothing more than a great personal story attached to them.
