+ What is GloveBox?
We curate, deliver, and teach automotive enthusiasts how to use premium car care products. Our flagship service is a monthly subscription box packed full of goodies for your ride.
+ What's in the box?
A mix of premium car care product samples from brands you know, and some you need to try. No toys. No junk. Just great products for you and your vehicle.
+ When do I get my GloveBox?
We ship once a month on the 1st business day of the month. Orders placed by 5:00pm Central on the LAST business day of the month will be included. If you order after this deadline your first box will ship the following month. Your first box is worth the wait!
+ How many samples do I get?
4 to 6 products. Liquids are typically 2-4 ounces each but vary depending on concentration levels. Expose yourself to new products without the commitment of a full-size bottle!
+ Can I pick my products?
Where’s the fun in that? We continuously test new products from the manufacturers and curate the best ones for our subscribers. We do allow you to BYOB - Build Your Own Box - in our Store from excess inventory of past shipments. Limited quantities, so first come first served!
+ How do I use the contents of the box?
We’re glad you asked. Tune into our monthly YouTube videos, where we post a how-to for every monthly box. Visit and subscribe to our YouTube channel to learn more.
+ Is there a minimum commitment?
Nope. Go month-to-month or commit to the 3, 6, or 12 month trial and save. We also offer single-box and BYOB purchases in our Store.
+ What is the sign-up deadline?
5:00pm Central on the last business day of month. If you are not sure if you made it in before the deadline, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
+ When am I billed?
Subscriptions are billed immediately for your first box, and will arrive the first week of the following month. For example, if you sign up on the 15th of March, you'll get your first box the 1st week of April, and billed on the 15th of each subsequent month. Note: If you sign up very early in the month, you may be charged for your SECOND GloveBox while your FIRST GloveBox is enroute.
3, 6, and 12 month trials are billed immediately and follow the same schedule as above. These trials automatically revert to Month-to-Month subscriptions after the 90/180/365 day anniversary of signing up, respectively. Email us at email@example.com BEFORE this anniversary date to avoid getting charged for an additional month. Per our Return Policy we do not refund purchases once the boxes ship, so please give us adequate notice.
+ What's your cancellation policy?
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled by emailing us no later than 5:00pm Central on the last business day of the month. For example, a cancellation on March 28th will NOT receive the April box, however a cancellation on April 2nd WILL receive the box and no refunds will be issued. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, so if you have any issues whatsoever, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can attempt to make it right.
+ Who are you?
Check out our About Us page. Our co-founder and curator, Brad Mills, has been caring for exotic & collector cars for well over a decade. His work has won numerous awards, including Best in Class at Quail ’17. He regularly hosts detailing seminars for national car clubs, enthusiasts, and the next generation of detailers through the RPM Foundation.
+ Favorite detailing job to date?
A few that stick out: Bruce McLaren's personal M6GT, Eleanor (Mustang) from Gone in 60 seconds, a pristine Ferrari 275 GTB4, and the super-rare McLaren F1LM. However, I still love detailing cars for owners with nothing more than a great personal story attached to them.
